One platform authority

The deployer holds governor, identity-verifier, and challenge-resolution roles, and is the $EVANGEL developer. Contract supply, allocation, fee, and vesting limits still apply.

The website holds no wallet private key. Signing happens in the owner’s wallet or encrypted local keystore.

Governance connection pending

No verified Kairence agent is connected yet. $EVANGEL will launch through this platform. Support for enrolling that existing token with Kairence must be confirmed before activation; this page does not ask you to launch a replacement token.

Founder-controlled governance

The Evangel deployer wallet holds verification, governance, and challenge-resolution authority. Kairence provides advisory evidence review; it does not hold the private key or override token limits.

The evaluator reads evidence and produces a report. The deployer’s local keystore signer checks that report against the current request before submitting it. The agent cannot bypass contract limits or directly spend the reserve.

Operator integration details
  1. Confirm the supported external-token enrollment path with Kairence, or connect an existing registered agent for testnet review.
  2. Initialize its isolated worker profile with npm run kairence:init and the agent’s public account address.
  3. Install the soul from agents/evangel/SOUL.md and provision a Venice key belonging to that agent.
  4. Evaluate a funding claim for the founder governor using npm run kairence:evaluate -- CLAIM_ID 0 OUTPUT_PREFIX. Reports are validated locally before the separate attestation signer can publish them.

The pinned CLI supports identity, budgets, setup and journal publication. Its package does not yet include the chat, pulse or sovereign restart commands described in newer Kairence docs; those capabilities are not represented as active.
